The Angry Sky
As I drove back from Glenorchy, I could not help but notice the sky becoming more and more active behind me. The wind was furious and the lake water began to kick up further. What's a photographer to do - pull over of course! I found a place to stop the car and walk down to the shoreline. I stood there and watched mother nature a bit before setting up the camera to capture the angry sky above.
Glenorchy-Queenstown Road
I took this 9-photo panoramic on an extremely windy day just off the coastline of the Glenorchy-Queenstown road under a concession I applied and was approved for through the Department of Conservation in New Zealand. This is Lake Wakatipu and the road is likely one of the most beautiful roads to drive in the world.

During a trip to Israel in early 2018, I was able to stop and capture this panoramic view of The Dead Sea. Getting into the water is something that everyone that visits should experience - floating in the salt water here is magical!
Miami Sunset from the Bridge Panoramic
For those of you who know Miami, you will likely be sad to hear that Watson Island has basically become a construction site. The mega yachts you see in this scene are the first to move in. Further to the left will be a high rise building luxury building. What this leaves those of us seeking a panoramic photo of Miami only one option at this point - park at the Children's Museum and hike your way up the bridge.

This was a night when everything simply came together for me. It was the first night after a Hurricane Matthew missed Miami. I was granted access to an exclusive point-of-view of the skyline.
Garden of the Gods
I took this 165 megapixel panoramic from the Visitor's Center during a 1-day trip to the Colorado Springs area. Garden of the Gods is a free park to visit. On the right you can see the famous "kissing camels" in the sandstone formation. In the background of this photo is Pike's Peak which stands at over 14,100'. I love shooting skyline photos of Miami in the winter. The colors in the sky are perfect for photos. On this evening, the timing was right to enjoy the low tide for a great textured foreground.

I was in Seattle for one day. Literally flew in in the morning, and flew home that night - just to get a photo of the sunset from the Pacific coast. Far off the left is a view of Mount Rainer. Up the coast to the right is the West Point Lighthouse.
